Indian Army Tech Upgrade 2026: भारतीय सेना तेजी से एक technology-enabled, network-centric और data-driven force में बदलने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है। आधुनिक युद्ध के बदलते स्वरूप को देखते हुए Army अब केवल पारंपरिक हथियारों और प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहती, बल्कि Artificial Intelligence (AI), 6G, Quantum Computing, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Blockchain और Advanced Communication Technologies जैसी emerging technologies को अपनी operational capabilities में शामिल करने पर जोर दे रही है।

हालिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भारतीय सेना करीब 300 capability development projects पर काम कर रही है। इनमें कई ऐसे प्रोजेक्ट शामिल हैं जिनका उद्देश्य battlefield communication, intelligence, secure data sharing, surveillance और decision-making को ज्यादा तेज, सुरक्षित और प्रभावी बनाना है।

2026 बना ‘Year of Networking and Data Centricity’

भारतीय सेना ने वर्ष 2026 को “Year of Networking and Data Centricity” के रूप में फोकस किया है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य Army के अलग-अलग communication systems और information sources को बेहतर तरीके से जोड़ना है, ताकि commanders को जरूरत के समय accurate और actionable information मिल सके।

300 से ज्यादा Capability Projects पर काम

Indian Army Tech Upgrade द्वारा लगभग 300 capability development projects पर काम किए जाने की जानकारी सामने आई है। इन projects का उद्देश्य अलग-अलग military requirements के लिए नई technology को develop, test और operational environment में integrate करना है।

Army ने technology conversion के लिए 16 technology clusters भी identify किए हैं। प्रत्येक cluster को specific technology domain और निर्धारित outcomes के साथ जोड़ा गया है।

6G Technology पर भी Army का Focus

Future battlefield में communication सबसे महत्वपूर्ण factors में से एक होगा। इसी को देखते हुए Indian Army national-level 6G initiatives से जुड़कर future communication technologies पर काम कर रही है।

6G technology के आने से high-speed और low-latency communication के साथ massive connectivity की संभावनाएं बढ़ेंगी। Military applications में इसका इस्तेमाल autonomous systems, sensors, command networks और real-time information exchange जैसे क्षेत्रों में महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है।

Quantum Computing और Quantum Communication

Indian Army Tech Upgrade में Quantum Technology को भी महत्वपूर्ण स्थान दिया गया है। Quantum technology का इस्तेमाल future में highly secure communication, advanced computing, sensing और cryptography के लिए किया जा सकता है।

इसका लक्ष्य केवल किसी एक Service तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि Army, Navy और Air Force के बीच quantum technologies को coordinated तरीके से विकसित करना है।

Quantum Key Distribution से Secure Communication

Indian Army Tech Upgrade के क्षेत्र में Indian Army पहले से भी projects पर काम कर रही है। सितंबर 2024 में Army ने Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology के development और procurement के लिए iDEX के तहत एक contract sign किया था।

QKD का उद्देश्य अत्यधिक सुरक्षित तरीके से encryption keys generate और distribute करना है। इसका इस्तेमाल भविष्य में military communication को quantum-era cyber threats से सुरक्षित करने में मदद कर सकता है।

AI Cloud से तीनों Services को मिलेगा Support

Indian Army के technology modernization में Artificial Intelligence और High-Power Computing भी बड़ा हिस्सा हैं।

Parliamentary Standing Committee के सामने Army ने बताया कि तीनों Armed Forces के लिए एक High-Power Computing AI Cloud विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें Indian Army leading role निभा रही है। इसका उद्देश्य large-scale data processing और AI-based applications के लिए computing infrastructure उपलब्ध कराना है।

Bengaluru में AI Incubation Centre

Army ने technology ecosystem को मजबूत करने के लिए Bengaluru में Indian Army Artificial Intelligence Incubation Centre भी स्थापित किया है। यह initiative Bharat Electronics Limited के सहयोग से आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है।

इस centre का उद्देश्य AI-based military applications के development और incubation को बढ़ावा देना है। Army की AI roadmap में operational requirements के हिसाब से Artificial Intelligence को gradually integrate करने पर जोर है।

IITs और Startups के साथ Collaboration

Indian Army का technology upgrade केवल defence establishments तक सीमित नहीं है। Army IITs, research institutions, startups, MSMEs और technology companies के साथ collaboration बढ़ा रही है।

Parliamentary Committee के अनुसार कई IITs और research establishments में Indian Army से जुड़े dedicated cells बनाने की दिशा में काम किया जा रहा है। Army ने technology conversion के लिए 16 technology clusters identify किए हैं।

Cyber Security और Blockchain पर भी जोर

Digital battlefield में cyber security एक critical requirement बन चुकी है। Army अपने communication और information systems को cyber threats से सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए advanced cybersecurity capabilities विकसित कर रही है।

इसके साथ ही Army Blockchain technology के potential military applications को भी explore कर रही है। Blockchain का उपयोग secure data management, authentication और tamper-resistant information systems जैसे क्षेत्रों में किया जा सकता है।

AI, Drones और Autonomous Systems की बढ़ती भूमिका

Future warfare में drones, autonomous systems और AI-enabled platforms की भूमिका लगातार बढ़ रही है। इसी कारण defence innovation ecosystem में AI, unmanned systems और autonomous technologies से जुड़े projects पर भी जोर है।

iDEX platform पर military applications के लिए AI, 5G, quantum positioning, counter-drone systems और अन्य advanced technologies से जुड़े challenges मौजूद हैं।

Atmanirbhar Defence को मिलेगा Boost

Indian Army का यह technology upgrade Atmanirbhar Bharat और indigenous defence technology development से भी जुड़ा है। उद्देश्य यह है कि critical technologies के लिए विदेशी dependence को कम किया जाए और भारत में ही research, development और manufacturing capabilities को मजबूत किया जाए।

Future Battlefield के लिए तैयार हो रही Indian Army

Indian Army Tech Upgrade आने वाले वर्षों में battlefield operations के तरीके को बदल सकता है। 6G से faster connectivity, AI से faster analysis, Quantum Technology से secure communication, AI Cloud से high-performance computing और advanced networks से real-time data sharing जैसी capabilities Army को ज्यादा network-centric force बनाने में मदद कर सकती हैं।

कुल मिलाकर Indian Army का मौजूदा technology push केवल नए उपकरण खरीदने की प्रक्रिया नहीं है, बल्कि communication, computing, intelligence, cybersecurity और decision-making को एक integrated digital ecosystem में बदलने की कोशिश है।
